hello mam 1 yr ho gye maine dr se cosult krke abortion krwaya tha tb se mere periods irregular h.. meri dr ne mujhe medicine di uske bd 2,3 thik rha fir same problem 3,4 month period nhi aata i m just 33 yr old and my 1 st baby is 3.5 month old... please help me what can i do..

A. do full hormone levels. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.
