Hello Madam, My twin kids are 3.3 yrs old. I am worried about their height and weight. Both my kids weight around 9.8/9.7 kg and have height of 85cm(Boy) and 87cm(Girl). Related to nutrition they eat everything like eggs, dryfruits, fruits, vegetables. But still their height and weight is almost constant from the last 1.5yrs. My Son is having Milk and Milk products allergy so only that we don't give. What can you suggest to improve the height and weight of both of them.
