hello madam, my kid is 3 years 7 months. she is complaining the pain at her toilet place. I am trying to give more water, liquids. She won't complain when she had more liquids. But she will complain when she didn't take proper liquids. Tha main problem here is, she is rejecting liquids day by day. please help us by giving any suggesion. Thankyou

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. offer other fluids like juice, prune juice, coconit water, .. Offer foods such as wholemeal bread and wholegrain cereal, plus fruits and vegetables such as prunes, figs, apricots, plums, peas, broccoli, sweetcorn, potatoes and baked beans. tc

Hi Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
