Q.

Hello madam, My baby is 3 months old now.. I had C section, so I can't breastfeeding, am used few days manual breast pump then I get 30 ml - 60 ml breast milk per day... But, Now I have a trouble to feed my baby because of low breast milk supply.. That means, I am using manual breast pump and also get only 10 ml per day.. After my baby birth, now only I get menstruation also... Is any Possible to increase breast milk supply ?? Shatavari granules will work for me or not ??? which shatavari powder brand is best and safe for lactation??? ... kindly reply me....

A. hi, manual breast pump don't help too much.. Have healthy diet- Six meals are important for lactating mothers. Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. Also, avoid taking stress as it reduced milk production.
