Hello Madam, I delivered baby 6 weeks back, it was preterm birth at 27th week. I am facing problem related to milk expression as baby in NICU , facing hardness and lumps in breasts . I express milk 8 times a day but still facing the hardness & pain. please suggest me what I can do to overcome with this pain ?

A. need to be examined. Any pediatrician should examine the baby as it may be some under lying problem with the baby . If fever is there then paracetamol can be given for immediate relief . No any medication without consulting doctor .
