* Have a healthy and balanced diet.
* Eat short and frequent meals
* Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
* Have a good breakfast and light dinner
* Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water every day
* Start exercise for 15-20 minutes a day and then gradually increase it to 45 minutes a day.
Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually after delivery weight gain is quite natural you have to make sure that after few months like once the baby start with the top feed you have to start with your diet and little bit of exercises now also you have to take good in take of food and control other food items
