A. hi mom u have completed ur 3 months and u r running in 4 th month .. u need to consult with your gynecologist for proper examination and advise regarding this

A. 14 weeks means 3 months take care of yourself follow your gynaecologist avoid oily and spicy foods keep yourself well hydrated take brisk walk after meals
