A. hi mom it is done in second trimester of pregnancy to see for chromosomal anomalies ... it is a blood test .. plz consult with your doctor for further details

A. Hi parent it is generally do for genetic disorder like down syndrome I suggest you please consult with your gynecologist about this matter because physical examination is important for proper dignosise and treatment
