Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.
daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair wi ll help to strengthen its root.

follow good hair care routine as oil massage wash at least twice a week with mild shampoo egg mask or curd mask
