Q.

hello ma'am, my baby is 5month old and he's nit latching at all cause at the very starting I used bottle feed due to excessive breast milk I didn't want to waste so I used to pump and make him feed this milk with bottle. Now he is habituated with this and doesn't want to latch at all. But now my milk production is also reduced due to that pump is not in use. I want him to breast feed directly but he is not latching. So what should I do in this circumstances? please suggest, I'm frustrated

A. it can take some time actually nothing serious sometimes and it could happen if baby is uncomfortable the other side or is not able to latch well or the flow could be more or less or nipple could be small or big. Just try to hold baby conveniently and try once. Slowly they will use it when they are comfortable.
