Q.

hello ma'am.....my 10 month old baby had seizure during viral infection but dr deny that it was febrile seizure n suggest some blood test....we got d3 deficiency...then said to repeat eeg then got minimal abnormal record...but dr said everything is normal..but I dnt know what to do ma'am....plz suggest

A. Hello there. It is ideal that you take all the blood tests and consult another senior pediatrician and take a second opinion. Just depending on the history it is impossible to comment anything

A. hi dear Viral infection in children is the most common respiratory (chest) problem in children less than 4 years old, affecting affecting all children after age 6 months. The first symptom of a viral infection is that the infant gets a cold (runny nose, fever etc) then one or two days later starts coughing severely at night.
