hello ma'am I have a severe hairfall from last year. I have a 1 year baby. As I conceived my hairfall started from last year. And now it is increasing day by day . please suggest me something..what should I do?

which is best option for hairfall ,if dandruff shows on scalp ,use salsun shampoo ,
and also eat healthy food ,reduce stress,be positive and. be happy .

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Hairfall after delivery is common due to hormonal changes in the body. But, currently, it can be due to weather changes too. To reduce it, include protein, iron and calcium rich foods in the diet and plenty of fluids. Massage scalp with mild oil like olive, coconut or almond oil twice a week and wash off with sulphate free shampoo. Do not comb wet hair and do not use heat and chemical treatments. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
