Hello ma'am, I have a daughter aged 7 and a son aged 5. How do I need to understand the amount of iron and calcium requirement given to them every day is sufficient. Their one of the major activity is that they both for gymnastics class every alternate day. Thank you.

A. yes, serve thenlm ateleat 2 to 3 serving of dairy products each day. inckude iron rich foods, dates, morninga leaves, pomogranage in routien to avoid anemia. all the best
