hello ma'am I am a mother of 5 yrs old boy, 2 yrs ago I got nipples discharge, that time my prolactin was high, now again I am getting clear fluid coming when I am squeezing the nipples, I just noticed this during my periods, i am really worried please tell me what to do

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
