hello it's almost 2 months after normal delivery still I have knee pain .not able to sit on floor and even back pain..that I can only sleep on left ..suggest me some remedies

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it may be die to deficiency of calcium and iron. so better to evaluate once with your doctor in person and follow the prescription and it is very normal after delivery.
