Q.

Hello Dr, I have 10 month baby. and baby was born by c-section and after two months of delivery I have pain on my all lower joints as lower waist, knee, ankle. I feel pain in my knee when I sit after standing 1/2 hour. also I have too much pain on my back bone, not regular pain but when I will sleep straight on my back after that when I will turn on other side that time that pain increase

A. This happens especially around 3 to 6 months after giving birth and it happens due to the hormonal changes and the joint pains can be there even for a couple of years in a few people. Try doing some stretching exercises and take calcium with vitamin D medications and use pillows to support your back when sleeping in settingWrite Your Answer Here

A. You Consult a doctor for this because of the pain has been constant even after 10 months of your delivery then that’s not good I think you should start going for exercising specially Yoga which will help in relieving a lot of pain but before you go ahead with anything consult a specialist for this
