Q.

Hello.Im a mom of 3 kids and my younger kid is 8 months old..I'm Breastfeeding him..But throughout the day I'm feeling very tired and sleepy..Pls let me know why is this happening and how to cure this

A. better to get proper investigations like TSH hemoglobin ok. for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

A. hello this can be due to weakness which is normal among the breastfeeding mums and try to have vitamin and calcium rich food in the diet and also check if you should be taking any calcium supplement which would be better and also safe and any concern talk with you doctor
