hello iam a mother of three children in periods to me so much of bleeding will happen and i feel week on periods time?

A. hi if there is heavy bleeding it's important to visit your gynecologist for once and at home, I advise to drink plenty of fluids especially fennel seeds water, chia seeds water, soaked Black raisins juice etc more
