Hello, Iam a mother of 4 months old baby boy. In night my baby wakes up multiple times for feeding. Is it normal or is he awakes due to hinger. He is exclusively on breastfeeding..please suggest me can I start cerelac for him.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear mum, it is normal for babies to wake up in the middle of the night multiple times for feeding. you should feed as per your baby's demand. cerelac or any other top food should be given only after completion of 6 months.

yes it is normal
there is no need to give semisoild food items, start giving it after 6 months age.
but till that, please provide breasfeeding as per your child needs
