Q.

Hello, I would like opinions on traditional vs moderan sit to stand learning walkers. Traditional ones are made of wood and also called gadhilna locally. these modern ones are of plastic steel or iron and are more engaging as all have a few or more activities. but not sure if I should focus on those activities or simply help my child walk

A. it is not advisable to use walker for children because many times the child may fall from it causing grievous injury. it does not help in any growth milestones of the child and many times can cause delay izn the walking milestone of the child. the child doesn't learn to walk because the child feels that they hzave to move around in the walker itself so will not make an attempt to walk avoid using walker if possible.
