Q.

Hello. I'm into 9th month of pregnancy and started doing squats but after doing that excercise for 2 days.. my thighs became sore and muscles are paining a bit & feeling discomfort to bend. so should I continue doing squats or take a break?

A. you should not start as soon as the ninth month is started its only indicated during when your labour pain is very nearby and you should do with proper support and also only twice a day not regularly now for relief you can get some oil massage done which is which will be beneficial

A. hello mom when u move ur bofy after l9ng yime and yhat too with so much weight then cramps sre quite normal but in this condition every thing shows be done accordingly to ur comfot level only only and under expert guidelines
