Hello. I'm in my 35 weeks. usually I'm sleeping turning the left side. but can I sleep straight facing upside in some interval ?

A. yes you can sleep in the position also consult your doctor for a proper guidance regarding this and the doctor will let you know the proper way for this so it is better you can discuss with your doctor here
