hello, I'm having cramps in lower abdomen from last 2days even if i am not on periods, what can be the reason for this

Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given uoregarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine generfal you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done

Cysts, constipation, pregnancy -- even cancer -- can make it feel like your monthly visitor is about to stop by. It can be tough to tell whether having cramps without a period is caused by something simple or more serious.
