hello i m a mother of 1yrs old baby boy I stopped breastfeed ing in 8/9 months as i dont have milk supply and everything is okay but now I feel a little pain in my left brest as may be i m wearing a little bit tight bra a week ago i dont identify any lump or anything like that just a lil pain when i touch a little harder .pleas let me know wat is it
