hello .. I'm a mother of 1.5 Months old baby girl .. I'm not getting enough breast milk.. pls kindly suggest on how to increase breast milk supply

A. dear my baby girl is also 1.5 month old and I faced same problem but now everything is fine.... I had jeera chapati, shatavari powder in milk and doc suggested me perinorm & GTX tablets for increasing milk supply.... all the best

A. Look at the baby with some love. The more affection you have for the baby, the better or more milk will be produced.

A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation specialist. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil for more bonding time
