hello.. I'm 9 weeks pregnant my pus cells range in urine is 2-4 ..is it normal.. I'm afraid of UTI because I have UTIs during my first pregnancy too.. please help me out..

A. this is totally normal. use good vaginal wash. drink 4-5 litres of water. avoid spicy and oily food.. reduce your sugar and salt intake.. eat protein rich diet. take iron calcium regularly
