Hello I m 3 yr old mother and i m using menstrual cup from last 1.5 year my question is how to know my period flow is heavy or not because i m using medium size cup but i have to clean it after every 2 hrs on my 2nd day help me to find my flow heavy or not??

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. If every 2 hours it is very necessary that you have to change the cup ,then yes it is heavy bleeding and you should once consult with your doctor for check up

See maybe it is second day that is why you have we be heavy bleeding on the second day some women can have this kind of a problem which is a you up to check it every two hours as usual on the first and third day then I think medium is going to be good enough for you
