I hope doing good, taking plenty of fruits along with that honey mixed up with dry fruits may increase the level of hemoglobin(only organic honey daily 1 to 2 table spoons recommend) and another tip which may also help, soak handful of groundnut overnight and take it with jaggery in the morning.

You can consume beetroot pomegranate sweet potato broccoli and spinach every day into your diet have iron supplement and have that iron supplement with any good juice that you would want because that’s going to help in better absorption of iron in the body
