hello I'm 19 months old baby mom my weight is 44kg i try so many thing for weight my gain but nothing happen what should I do for my weight gain I so much worries about my health please suggest me which medication will prifar

A. Hi mom For weight gain drink banana shake daily. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken, rice, potatoes etc in ur diet to increase weight. Do not take stress or over exert urself. This can also reduce weight.
