hello, I have pain in breast one side said that infection suggested me to avoid breastfeeding that side for three days, but my baby is crying only one side is not sufficient for him, pls guide me

ExpertSHRUTI KANCHANLactation Educator and Counselor2 years agoA. Usually it is ok to feed with any kind of infection on breasts if the infection site is not on areola directly. Ensure that the baby latches with a deep and efficient latch to avoid any nipple damage.
