Hello i have facing problem regarding period from 4 months i had no period and results is always positive so what can i do, after consulting doctor i took the pills but still same problem is facing, what to do

A. whats it. confused? do hormone tests. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
