Q.

sir my period was not on time.. it's delay for 2 months late and already I have check urine there was no any positive results? whats i do?

A. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them
