hello I have a 6 months 10days baby. she is completely breastfeeding baby from last 10 days i started solids. but my breast milk is decreased. I am taking food as before.what can i do for increase breast milk. please suggest me

Hi You can continue with semisolid food whatever you giving just make sure that giving really good amount of liquid to the child as well because that is going to help in proper digestion in motion of the child so it’s really very important and if there’s anything else can you can please repost a question do you know some glitch in the app right now I’m just not able to read my question
