Hello, I have a 2 month old daughter, I want to know the exact duration of time untill I should take iron and calcium supplements.

Author of questionGuardian of a 4 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. Good-Afternoon Sir, I have been taking iron and calcium since the start of the 4th month of pregnancy. My doctor advised me to take these supplements till my baby breastfeeds but if she will continue to do so till she becomes an year old, so that would be a very long time period.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. there is no need that you should take continuously iron and calcium unless you are having the efficiency your doctor is the correct person to advise you medication how long you know this
