Hello I have 2 months old baby. I had 2 c sections n tubectomy. Now when I work or do house chores . I get pain below the stitch slightly. What do I do?

The stitches take a lot of time to heal and probably which is why now you have resumed with your routine so you may be feeling this pain because the stitches do not heal that early it is going to take some time to be more careful and take all the precautions when you are doing your household chores
