Hello, I have 2 kids one is 5 years old and the other one is 8 months old. Can anyone suggest is family planning operation is mandatory or any other options available without opting for family planning Thanks in advance for the response ๐

Operation is never mandatory itโs your choice if you want to have an operation apart from that what you can do is you can take some injections once you take it you can avoid pregnancy for another six months there are lot of options available just have to see what suits you the best
