Hello I have 11 month old daughter. I just want to ask when should I start giving her some chewable food like chapati and vegetable ? she has got 4 upper teeth and 2 lower teeth. thanks

A. hello mam you can start giving the chewable food to your kid now but make sure you give it in moderation and always trying new food item in the morning hours

A. Yes Of course absolutely you can because after the age of 10 months completion it’s a very good time to introduce wheat products to the child and your child is having tea nothing like it you should give more of parathas to the child because they’re more softer than Roti so go for vegetable Paratha stuffed Paratha Paneer potato whatever you want to give you can give all of it to the child
