Q.
Hello.....I have 1.5 years old girl last week 1.5 yrs injection has done after that she has too much fever she didn't eat any thing her behaviour also changed I consult dr three times but no result .... now she has cold and cough she became very weak plz suggest me what can I do ........last ten days she take only milk what can I give to eat her

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you cacn give paracetamogl in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever

After having fever the babies they become cranky and irritated. Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is above 99.5 F.
Give easily digestable food like khichdi, rice curd, Banana, apple etc to ur baby.
