Hello, I had my vaginal delivery, its almost 6months now. However i still have lower back pain. When I sleep it will be difficult for me to turn sideways. Since I am a working woman, I am really very difficult to overcome this.Any suggestions please.

A. avoid over standing.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.
