hello i had earlier abortions n now I m 14 week pregnant, i hv so much gas n vomiting issues since beginning doc gave me some gas medicine, that time i was so much relieved with the gas issue ,but i read somewhere to avoid gas medicine during pregnancy,so i stopped taking Medicine, after that again gas problem started and i am very much uncomfortable wid the gas even i had vomiting becoz of it ,whole day n night i am in discomfort. Home remedies or eating simple food drinking more water not working for me. so i just want an expert opinion is it safe to continuously taking gas medicine in pregnancy??

A. Hello dear parent! If you have been taking couple of other medications for safer healthy pregnancy then it is possible that you will get gastric issues due to such medication. In such situations there is no choice but to take gas medication as advised. My cousin had to take all along her pregnancy. If you are still concerned about it then speak to your doctor for further advice.
