Hello, i had c section on nov 2025 i got my first period after delivery in january 3rd.with heavy bleeding around 12 days.now in febuary today is my 2nd day of my period with heavy dark red flow..is it normal?? should i go for an ultrasound ??

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 week agoA. The first few cycles after giving birth are usually heavy and associated with large clots also sometimes. But if it is causing a lot of difficulty consult a doctor and then ultrasound can also be done.
