hello ! I had c section delivery on 1 Feb and till now I am having period bleeding .ls it normal to have bleeding for so many days?

A. hi mom bleeding can last upto 1 month but if it is excessive then u should consult with the gynecologist for proper examination and treatment as it can lead to anemia

A. Hello good afternoon !! Yes it's normal to bleed 45-60 days post delivery if you had C-section. Some might have 30- 45 days less flow it all depends on your harmonal changes, Haemoglobin level. Have iron, calcium rich foods and supplements in diet. Spinach and other leafy greens, dates, raisins, almonds, walnuts, pomegranate, beetroot, jaggery improving iron levels.
