hello i got my periods on 27th of april now again from last two days i m having spotting dark what must be the reason i have 27 days of cycle

A. hi mom irregular periods can be due to multiple reasons such as fibroid endometriosis adenomyosis hormonal imbalance etc so u need to consult with the doctor for proper examination and advise
