Hello, I got delivered 3 months before and I am not getting milk since delivery. I have tried many things but no use. Please help

Hi See I do not know what all have you tried but you should at least have 5 to 6 L of water on an every day basis that’s considered good along with that you should do take help from lactation supplements they are quite helpful that’s what I have heard and fibre and protein rich diet try this if you haven’t and if it gives a good result then that’s very good as you continue with formula only
