Q.

hello, i am simran shaikh now my 18 weeks start of pregnancy ...problem is my HB is very low my HB level is 6 ...then plz help me for improve that level how can i gain my HB level

A. Dear mom ,try having balanced meal i.e include all the food groups avoid processed and packaged foods.. foods rich in iron are dals and pulses , nuts and oil seeds , whole grains , green leafy vegetables, lean meat . also try sprinkling lemon on meals as it helps in better absorption. drink enough water.

A. Hi mom. To improve ur hb level have food that is rich in iron like apple, Banana, guava, brinjal, spinach, tomatoes, raisins, pomergrate, mango etc. Also take iron supplements to improve your hb level. Take care
