RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 week agoA. Usually somewhere around 12 to 13 for Women also but even if you’re maintaining nine or 10 in your time of pregnancy and delivery than that is considered good enough of course you have an option of increasing it with the help of medication and a good diet
