hello π I am new mother 8month baby girl I breastfeeding of my baby girl but I lost the weight what can do I have hair fall also

Then first get yourself tested for thyroid and a hair fall is very common after delivery so I would recommend you to start applying any juice into your head three times in the week keep it for half an hour and then you can watch it Iβm sure youβll get better results over the period
