Hello , I am mother of 5month old baby . I was diagnosed with DVT within 15 days after delivery. My questions now is - I am looking for what all yoga asanas I can do after 5 month oh delivery?

A. see your surgeon.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.
