hello, I am mother of 11 months old.now I want to stop breast feeding.is there any medicine to control my breast milk.some milks lumps are there how to melt and reduce that.please suggest me.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. Do warm water compression, massage, hand Express little and than feed baby.If hand Express not working than use breastpump. Stil if there is issue I will suggest you to see your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well Try to stop it slowly.
Gradually cut down the intake.
Day time try to nurse more and frequently like should compensate for night hours.
Distract with toys songs or take for walk whenever they demand.
