hello i am lactating mother and how to increase breast milk.... in starting there are full milk but now i feel that my baby stay hungry because of less milk... please give me suggestions

A. Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated. Also you should eat healthy diet. Drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply. Eat dry fruits and seeds also like jeera etc.
